"Late delivery with barely any update"
My order from freshco.com.sg arrived way later than the time slot I chose, and I basically spent the whole time waiting around at home. There wasn’t any proper update either, so I kept having to check on it myself, which made the whole thing frustrating.
By the time it finally showed up, my dinner plans were already ruined. The delivery timing just doesn’t feel reliable, and the whole experience made me feel like I was just a ticket number instead of an actual customer. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

"Fresher than I expected"
I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the veggies showed up looking really fresh and in good shape. no complaints at all

"Pretty good variety to pick from"
I’ve ordered from freshco.com.sg a few times now, and I like that they’ve got a decent range of stuff. It’s not just the usual basic groceries either, I can find fresh produce, frozen items, drinks, snacks, and even some things I don’t really see at the shops near me.
It makes grocery shopping alot easier when I can get most of what I need in one place. A few items do go out of stock here and there, but overall the variety is good and it saves me time.

Got the veggies and yeah, they were fresh. Like, no weird soft spots or old-looking pieces, just good quality stuff overall. Happy with it

The website was easy to use overall, but it felt kind of slow for me. Checkout also got a bit confusing at one point, and I wasn’t totally sure if I was doing it right. Has anyone else had the same issue?

Ordered from freshco.com.sg the packaging was solid. Everything arrived neat and properly sealed, no leaking stuff or crushed items, which was a relief... The chilled items were still cold when they got to me too. The box wasn’t fancy or anything, but it did what it needed to. Overall, quite happy with how my order was packed...

I had a small issue with the timing on my order, so I messaged Freshco expecting the usual polished “we value your feedback” type reply that doesn’t actually help. To my surprise, they got back to me quickly.
The person was polite, kept it straightforward, and sorted things out without turning it into a whole process. It wasn’t some flawless experience, but the fast response made a big difference. I’d use freshco.com.sg again.

"Pretty solid for the price"
The prices have been really fair for what you get. I’ve ordered a few times now, not all in one go obviously, and every time I kind of think, yeah, this was worth it. The quality is good too, which is the main thing for me. Delivery was fine as well, nothing dramatic, it just showed up and I didn’t have to chase anything. So overall, yeah, good value...

I ordered from freshco.com.sg there wasn't nothing missing or mixed up. Everything I picked was in the bag, even the little last-minute stuff I added. Happy with how spot on the order was.

"Handled the missing item better than expected"
One item from my order turned out to be out of stock, which was a bit annoying since you’d think that would be updated before checkout. To be fair, Freshco handled it well. They offered a replacement first, and for another item they just refunded it without making me jump through hoops. The reply came fast enough too, with no endless back and forth. Overall, I’m quite happy with the service.
